Societe du parc industriel et portuaire de Becancour, CLD de Becancour was contacted in order to implement the pilot plant in Becancour, Quebec. Office and laboratory was opened in Concord, Ontario. USA patent was obtained. Canadian Patent was obtained. |

November - License is sold to PROMINVEST (LUKOIL subsidiary) for the production and the sales of the titanium coagulant in Russia. May - Pilot plant in Yarega (Komi Republic, Russia) produced the first batch of titanium coagulant under a limited time license to YNTK (LUKOIL-Komi subsidiary). |

Certificate for the application of Titanium Coagulant for drinking water purification was issued in Russia. |
