Project Overview

There is a new titanium coagulant which is very efficient for both drinking and sewage water purification. It has many more advantages compared to other reagents traditionally used (aluminum sulphate, aluminum oxichloride etc). When the titanium coagulant is applied, the quality of water considerably increases and the expenses caused by water treatment decrease. The use of the titanium coagulant would enable the water treatment plant efficiency to grow rapidly. It would also provide a superior quality, as far as the process of sewage disinfection and water purification is concerned.

Unlike other chemicals that are currently employed in the industry, the titanium coagulant that we advise to use instead, functions effectively under low water temperatures.

By now, thorough chemical and medico-biological studies of the coagulant properties, and its significance for water purifying process, have been performed. We have obtained all necessary certificates and official permission to use the coagulant in tap water supply. Preproduction samples of the coagulant have been recently manufactured.

Numerous laboratory, as well as industrial, tests have been successfully carried out, in which Russian and foreign specialists from different companies and organizations took part. These tests cover various applications of the titanium coagulant: potable water, feed water for thermo-energetic stations, industrial and municipal sewage treatment plants.

The History of Titanium Coagulant

The current project has been under development for over 15 years and was started as a strategy to fight the Dniper river radioactive contamination which occurred after the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant accident.
